Refund & Return Policy

At Vivid Makeup, we are committed to sustainability — for this reason, we do not accept physical returns. All return requests are handled digitally to reduce environmental impact.

📦 If Your Order Has an Issue

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or incomplete item, please let us know within 15 days of delivery. We’re here to help!

📧 Simply email us at: k07250111@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos/video showing the problem

We’ll respond within 48 hours (please check your spam folder if you don’t hear from us).
Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund — please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

❌ Cancellation Requests

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us at k07250111@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

🔁 Last-Minute Changes

Need to update your order? Please reach out as soon as possible after purchase. We’ll do our best to assist — but cannot make changes once the order is dispatched.

📬 Package Not Delivered?

If your package is lost, stolen, or hasn’t arrived:

  • Let us know and we’ll file a claim with the carrier
  • The investigation process usually takes 30–45 business days
  • Unfortunately, we can’t resend items or issue refunds until the claim is resolved

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one available to receive the package:
→ We’ll notify you and kindly ask for a response within 48 hours to arrange next steps.
Without a timely reply, we won’t be able to offer compensation.

💬 Quality Concerns

If you notice a quality issue when you receive your product, please report it within 15 days. We truly appreciate your feedback and will make it right — but regret that we can’t accept claims after this period.

❗Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot modify, cancel, or offer refunds or replacements.
