Shipping Details

Once your order is confirmed, we aim to deliver your item(s) within 2–5 business days for standard products.
For customized items, please allow an additional 7–10 business days for production.
For bulk orders exceeding 1,000 pieces, an extra 10–15 business days may be required.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note: We currently do not ship to the following locations:
American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Palau, or other Pacific Islands.

We strongly advise avoiding P.O. Box addresses, as most courier services cannot deliver to them.


Late or Lost Deliveries

If your package is delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking number (provided in your shipping confirmation email).

In the rare case of a lost package, we can only resend your order or issue a gift certificate once the postal authority officially classifies it as "lost mail."

⚠️ Please be aware that postal investigations into lost items typically take several weeks to a few months.

Additionally, if no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may return the package to your local sorting facility. It is the recipient’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or pickup.
